It's the harvest season of pomelo in the Jinzhe Agricultural Park of Changba Town, Renhua County. The 1,000 mu (a Chinese unit of area, equalling to 0.0667 hectare) of Shatian pomelos are ripe and usher in the picking period, presenting a pleasant harvest scene.
The pomelo that grows in Jinzhe Agricultural Park is mainly the white flesh pomelo, whose flesh is sweet, crisp and juicy. The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, and it is the time for pomelo to go on sale. Farmers pack the picked pomelos into trucks and transport it to the Quality Control Center of the park to go through selection and cleaning processes. The staff would classify the pomeloes according to their size and quality and then transported to the market.
