Ancient Buddha Cave, 4A Tourist Attraction
Ancient Buddha Cave is a large limestone cave, 5 kilometers away from the suburb of Lechang County, which is one of the new eight scenic spots in Lechang. The cave was named Ancient Buddha Cave as the stalactites in the caves bear great resemblance to Buddha and a Buddhist temple was built besides the cave in Ming dynasty.At the highest point in the cave, a semicircle white stone, shaped like a bright moon, is regarded as the most astonishing attraction among caves around China.The temperature in the cave is around 18 °C all the year round, which makes it a great resort for summer and winter.
